• Once a purchase is made, download access or license credentials are delivered immediately to your account or email.
• Since digital files cannot physically be returned, all sales are considered final, non-refundable, and non-returnable.
• Please review item previews, documentation, system requirements, and descriptions thoroughly before completing your payment.

For custom services including Web Development, DTP Layout Designs, Hosting Setup, Domain Registration, and CSC Digital Processing:

• Payment is made towards technical labor, operational server bandwidth, government portal submission fees, and dedicated processing time.
• Once an order is submitted or technical work has commenced, no partial or full cancellation or refund can be granted.
• Third-party statutory charges and portal challans are non-recoverable.

In case you were charged twice for the exact same transaction due to a network lag or payment gateway timeout (UPI / Net Banking):

• Duplicate extra charges are settled automatically by your issuing bank within 3 to 7 working days.
• If the issue persists, provide your payment transaction ID (UTR/Reference Number) to our support team for manual verification.

While we do not offer refunds, we ensure 100% usability. If you encounter a broken download link or corrupted file archive, contact us immediately. Our team will verify your invoice and provide an updated, functioning link or direct assistance within 24 hours.
